2) Ordering... Orders may be placed on our secure shopping cart or You may print out a copy of your order from the web site and send with money order to:

The shipping cost you are given is an approximated Price Only!.  Once your order is placed it can not be changed.  As of July 1, 2001 we will no longer accept personal checks and we will no longer ship COD. 

3) Minimum Order... At this time there is no minimum order.

4) Returns... No returns or exchanges are accepted on fragrance oils, in order to ensure a Quality product. We encourage our customers to try the sample oils before buying larger quantities. Other items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. They must be received in original packaging, unused and in proper condition to be resold. Unless it is an error on our part, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs plus restocking fees of 15% of total products ordered. If the address you provided is not correct, you will also be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. You must call for an authorization number prior to returning any products. No returns will be accepted with out an authorization number. In store credit only on returns.

5) Damaged Shipments·. Please do not accept any damaged products from the carrier. All orders leave Willowwoods  in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. The receiving customer is responsible for filing damage claims to the carrier. Please call them immediately and get a claim number. Our responsibility ends when goods are picked up by the carrier.

6)Shipping.... All orders will be shipped UPS, unless other arrangements have been authorized. Sorry to announce that due to lost and damaged shipments we will no longer ship overseas. We charge one dollar handling for each package to offset prices of packaging materials. All Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax on their order including shipping price. If you have a valid Pa tax I.D. number please submit it to us in proper paper form. We will no longer charge "Business" or "Commercial" rates. Every UPS shipment will be charged at residential rates. We are sorry that too many people are not truthful about their place of business. We also no longer offer 2 day, overnight or 3 day select for UPS. UPS is now charging a percentage of the shipment over and above the regular shipping price and it is just to expensive for us and the customer.

7) Out of Stock Items...Out of stock items will not be back ordered. You will need to reorder the item at a later date. If your order is missing any items and you were charged, please let us know and we will credit your card.

8) Payment... We accept Visa , MasterCard ,American Express, Discover,  money orders.  We will no longer call customers who's credit cards are DECLINED. We will sent an email letting you know the problem. If email is returned as "undeliverable" there is nothing we can do. We feel it is the customers responsible to know if there are available funds on their card for their purchase. Please Note: Orders placed
with payment by Money order will not be shipped until we
receive payment. 


9) Prices.. Prices are subject to change without notice.
As of 10/04 there will be NO DISCOUNTS given to other suppliers.
As of 2/05 We have come to the hard decision to refuse sale of candle making items to other suppliers. We have worked long and hard to find and reformulate our fragrance oil line to set us apart from other fragrance suppliers. Please do not ask us where we purchase our Fragrance oils. We feel it is in our best interest to maintain our line exclusively for sale at Willowwoods Candles 

10)Wholesale.. We no longer sell our Candles Wholesale.

11) Security.. This is a secure site! Encrypted for your safety. No content is e mailed so your information remains on the secure server. We never sell or give out any personal information from our customers. Rest assured that your information is handled very carefully by our company.
